1. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:
✅ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
✅ The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✅ The return request is placed within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return?

2️⃣ Provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect product.
3️⃣ Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

🚚 Return Shipping: Customers must return the product via a reliable courier service. The shipping cost for returning the product will be refunded if the return is due to our mistake.

2. Refund Policy

We process refunds in the following cases:
✔ Cancelled Orders – If your order is cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund.
✔ Damaged or Incorrect Products – If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
✔ Service-Related Refunds – No refunds for Panchakarma treatments, consultations, or wellness services once availed. However, rescheduling is allowed.

Refund Process & Timeline

🔹 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
🔹 The amount will be refunded via the original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.).
🔹 If the refund does not reflect in your account, please contact your bank.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Services

❌ Used or opened Ayurvedic medicines cannot be returned for safety reasons.
❌ Digital products, wellness courses, and consultation fees are non-refundable.
❌ Panchakarma therapies & yoga camps are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.

4. Cancellation Policy

✔ Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
✔ Panchakarma sessions & yoga camps can be rescheduled but not refunded.
✔ To cancel, contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
